Therapy That Goes Beyond Symptom Management
Being capable doesn't protect us from pain. People can be successful, dependable, and deeply caring while still struggling with trauma, relationship challenges, shame, loss, loneliness, questions around intimacy, or the weight of experiences they have carried for years.
Many of the individuals and couples I work with have spent a long time doing what was necessary to get through difficult circumstances. At some point, however, surviving is no longer enough. They want to understand themselves more fully, heal old wounds, strengthen important relationships, and build a life that feels more authentic and connected.
I believe therapy should be more than a place to manage symptoms. It should be a place to better understand yourself, heal what continues to affect the present, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful change that lasts.
My practice is particularly well-suited for:
Individuals healing from trauma
Couples seeking deeper connection
People navigating intimacy, sexuality, and relationships
Professionals carrying significant responsibility
Those feeling stuck despite doing everything they know how to do
What Working Together Looks Like
Clients often describe me as direct, compassionate, and thoughtful. I strive to create an environment where difficult conversations can happen safely, honestly, and without judgment.
Whether you're working through trauma, relationship challenges, questions around intimacy, or the pressures of significant responsibility, therapy should feel like a place where you can stop performing, put down what you've been carrying, and focus on what matters most.
